We specialize in spices products, and due to the nature of agricultural sourcing, variations in colour, aroma, and texture may occur, and packaging images may not exactly match the delivered items. All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice, and orders are confirmed only after successful payment through approved methods such as UPI, cards, or net banking. Brahmax Spices reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services, and customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and must be reported within the specified time frame with valid proof; refunds will be processed after verification.

 Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, and cancellations are not permitted once the order has been shipped. Customers are advised to store products in a cool, dry place, as improper storage or misuse may affect quality, for which Brahmax Spices is not responsible. 

All logos, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Brahmax Spices and may not be used without permission. The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including allergic reactions, and customers are encouraged to review ingredients before use.

 Personal information collected is used solely for order processing and communication and is not shared with third parties except as required for delivery or legal compliance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant local courts. Brahmax Spices reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.
