At Brahmax Spices, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear proof such as photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once the request is reviewed and approved, the customer may be required to return the product or may be offered a replacement or refund based on the situation. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe after verification.

 Please note that due to the consumable nature of spice products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, minor variations in colour or aroma, or change of mind. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Brahmax Spices reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
